I’ve found the perfect spring time beard oil! It’s by a UK company called Sweyn Forkbeard. A lil bit of history for you, Sweyn Forkbeard was the 1st Viking King of England in the year 1,013. They do all sorts of products, including beard oils, shaving creams, clay pomade, beard balm, beard shampoo, moustache wax, after shaves, shaving oils, lip balm, razors and a few gift sets.
So me and my girlfriend went for lunch at Shaka Zulu in Camden, London and decided to have a little walk around Camden market afterwards. Then a certain stall caught my eye.
It was my idea of heaven! Shaving oils, double edged safety razors, moustaches waxes, balms. Everything! Annoyingly, I broke one of my resolutions which was to stop buying beard stuff but I couldn’t help myself! I also bought a lip balm too (I’M NOT ADDICTED).
I paid £18 for the beard oil which is 30ml and £3 for the lip balm which is lip balm sized.
The oil has a very fresh scent to it, consisting of jasmine essential oil, ylang yang essential oil, cherry blossom essential oil and neroli essential oil. Basically loads of flowers. Basically spring. This is March to June in beard oil form.
It contains the best ingredients too! Argan oil is there as well as jojoba oil. It also contains Vitamin E which is very good for the skin beneath your beard!
The oil is 100% natural and organic. Bring on March is what I say!
Oh and the lip balm! It’s good to keep the lips in nice condition, especially in the colder months. It’s enriched with natural conditioning oils, moisturising butters and antioxidant vitamins C & E. It’s peppermint and Madagascan vanilla. A bit like Bulldog.
NOTE! I am 100% NOT addicted to lip balms.
