Hello! Today we have a beard oil by a company called Grüum. They are a small company based in Manchester and they do a whole range of grooming products for men and women. Their main philosophy’s are functionality, beauty and affordable quality. I’m a massive fan of the minimalist design across their whole range of products. Very Scandinavian.
Another big plus is the cost of the products. As they were a online only company, their prices are very reasonable! For example, I also bought an exfoliating face wash for £8 which is of a very high quality. I’m actually a bit shocked it cost so little!
All the products are very ethical. The packaging is made from recycled material and there are no funny ingredients in the products. There’s no parabens, sulphate, SLS or petrochemicals. And they’re not tested on animals.
Gruum also offer a monthly subscription service, where you can get a selection of products delivered every 1, 2 or 3 months. You design the kit yourself so you only get what you need.
I actually found this company through my Vodafone app’s VeryMe rewards page, as they were offering £5 off a £10+ spend. It’s still up there, so you have until Sunday the 7th of April to redeem it!

This is leif. Leif comes in 3 scents; citrus, wood and earth. It costs £8 and contains roughly 10ml of beard oil. It’s a classic screw top, so be careful when pouring it because it can go everywhere!
The main ingredients across the 3 oils are argan oil, vitamin E, jojoba oil and rosemary oil. There are more ingredients (obviously) and they differ slightly across the range.
For Earth, scent is of thyme, spearmint and rosemary. The ingredients are sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, spearmint oil, rosemary oil, jojoba oil, thyme oil, vitamin E, argan oil, limonene and linalool. It does smell like italian cooking, but thankfully its a nice smell! Original and refreshing. I personally find the rosemary a bit overpowering, and would’ve preferred a more minty scent, but each to their own! That’s me being nitpicky.
The oil works really well to keep your beard looking nice and tidy. It’ll ensure that skin beneath stays in good condition, as it’s often neglected. I’ve found it really softens the beard and makes it nice and shiny.

Oh, this is kori, the exfoliating face wash. Such a tidy design. I’m useless at reviewing skincare products so I won’t!
This is the first time I’ve bought anything from here, and it won’t be the last! Until next time
